Dad had a lovely hot stones massage and mam had a Buddha spa both said was really relaxing and enjoyed throughly and dad would book again even if its quite out of his way x

Nice to meet Katie, very friendly, lovely ambience in the Krystal room. Very happy with treatment, booked my next appointment in on the way out!

Wonderful place . Tina ,Erin,Kayleigh and Mika are amazing. Very professional and always a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Girls very friendly and chatty and so are theirs clients. Always come away with beautiful nails .

Had a brilliant experience today with Katie. Took advantage of the March offer and it was well worth it. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend the treatments here at The Krystle Room!

Had jelly nails on , this time my nails have grew so well went for the biab nails. Love the colour, service 10/10 , lovely friendly atmosphere.

Dianna, was there to greet me when I arrived, but also arranged her colleague to call me to state she may be running a little late but as it turns out she was available when I arrived. Dianna is a professional and takes great pride in her work and her work station is always clean and tidy.

Got classic lashes done and gel nails, lashes are beautiful so natural with a bit of length. Had such a relaxing time and will be back to get my infills in a couple of weeks ! Thank you Katie for making me feel pretty again 😂 xxx
