I had such a great experience at the salon last night with Alex. She highlighted my hair in preparation for extensions this weekend and it turned out so nice, exactly what I was hoping for. The colour looks really natural and blends so well. She was also so sweet and gentle and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time with what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see the final result with the extensions, I’m already so happy with how everything is looking so far!

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had such a great experience. I started with black hair and she completely transformed my color and added extensions beautifully. The blend is perfect and the tone looks amazing. You can really tell she takes her time and pays attention to every detail. I also get my sew-in extensions done by her and she is excellent at it. Everything always looks natural and feels comfortable. I’m always happy with the results.
