It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing salon! The staff were warm, professional, and detail-oriented. My manicure and pedicure were flawless — perfect shaping, smooth polish, and a heavenly foot massage. Great color selection and impeccable hygiene. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. First time at a Fika Beauty; I went to the new East location where Kassandra did the Brunette Edit. I’ve been to many hair studios in Ottawa and none of them are as warm, welcoming, and modern as Fika Beauty. The techniques used, the salon space, and the products are top-tier. Not to mention the talented women! Very impressed with Kassandra and will be driving the 45 minutes each way to have my hair done by her again :)

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Had an appointment with Danie to get my color done she choose the perfect colour to match my hair, then got a fantastic head massage and proceeded in having a cut and blow dry I feel like a million bucks when I came out I highly recommend Danie
