The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Had lashes done with Tequila, best lashes ive had done. Last me ages even when i go for infills its not really needed. Beautiful salon an beautiful lady. Makes you feel very comfortable. Wont go anywhere else!! Client for life. Xx

First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Nails look beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much to Sylvia I feel great!! The staff are very professional and make sure everything is clean. I’ll be rebooking in for more treatments very soon!

I’ve been going to Queen Lashes for over 10 years, which says everything. I’m super fussy when it comes to my lashes and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else. The attention to detail is unreal! The shape, the fullness, the finish… they’re always exactly how I want them. I now live an hour away and still come here every time because no one does lashes like this. They last so well, never feel heavy, no excess glue, and I always leave feeling my absolute best. If you’re picky, particular, or just want flawless lashes every single time… this is the place. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Simply the best masseuse in Leicester.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session.
