First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

Maria is a perfectionist! She has created such a lovely space and the high standard is set once you step through the door, through to the end of the treatment! She gave a bespoke treatment after listening to what I wanted and I loved the results. Would highly recommend, Maria should be your go to for anything brows and lashes related!

I’ve been going to Lauren every 3 weeks for over 3 years now! She’s an amazing lash tech, I’m always so happy with my lashes.. the fact she’s so easy to talk to and basically become my therapist is also an added bonus! 😄

The best eyelash extensions, I have ever had. They look amazing, feel incredible...can't feel them as just feel like my own. Last incredibly well. I would not go anywhere else. Maria is amazing at what she does, her home salon is warm, inviting and a calm clean environment so you can relax and enjoy your treatments. She’s also a perfectionist and won’t rush your appointment until everything is just perfect. I was extremely happy with my brows and lashes, as a short lash girl and someone who has tattooed eyebrows Maria literally worked miracles on me. She is the lash and brow queen. As it was my first brow lamination and korean lash lift, I was nervous, but Maria made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout. I was initially surprised by the transformation, but I absolutely love my brows they’ve never looked better and my lashes are absolutely amazing! The treatment was super relaxing and the salon had a lovely calming feel. The ginger shot and chocolate made the experience feel extra special. Thank you Maria. I can't wait to come back.

Highly recommend. Done my lashes at Melles a few times now and I'm always very happy with the result. After i explain the look i want The set always comes out how I want it if not better than expected and most importantly lasts long. You can also tell the lashes are applied properly and with care. Definitely will be my go to lashe tech when I need my lashes done x

I was greeted with such comfort and warmth. Blaise is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and caring. She made sure I felt reassured throughout my lip filler treatment, which eased any nerves I had. The final reasult of my lips is exactly what I wanted , Blaise really listened to me and exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was Blaise’s commitment to being there for advice even after the treatment.
