First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

When I got there it was my first time there and getting lashes done I was welcomed by the owner at the door I walked in and it was such a relaxing beautiful atmosphere beautiful work environment salon spotless and had a thoughly professional service done with a very knowledgeable lady I can't be happier with the results I have hooded eyes and she knew exactly what would suit me and reach my expectations she's also a good talking therapist! Lol listening to all my life dramas I left feeling pampered, happy, glamorous and relaxed and happy in the knowledge I just found my new local lash tech.

First time visiting the Lash Lounge and Beauty for a patch test and I was very impressed. Niaomi is lovely. Very clean beauty room. I can’t wait to get my lashes done!

I was greeted with such comfort and warmth. Blaise is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and caring. She made sure I felt reassured throughout my lip filler treatment, which eased any nerves I had. The final reasult of my lips is exactly what I wanted , Blaise really listened to me and exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was Blaise’s commitment to being there for advice even after the treatment. It’s clear she genuinely care about her clients! let’s not forget about the incredible eyelash extensions – they are stunning every time!Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Done my lashes at Melles a few times now and I'm always very happy with the result. After i explain the look i want The set always comes out how I want it if not better than expected and most importantly lasts long. You can also tell the lashes are applied properly and with care. Definitely will be my go to lashe tech when I need my lashes done x
