I had such a good experience here! They are both so friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. My lashes, nails, and pedi turned out amazing and looked even better than I expected. I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows laminated along with a Korean lash lift and tint combo! Sarah was attentive to what I wanted and mapped and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The space was clean and relaxing and the whole process ran smoothly. She truly made me feel comfortable the entire time! I’m really happy with the results. Definitely will be booking another service. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I just got my brows and lashes done by Sarah, I’m obsessed! She always makes sure you’re happy with the final outcome before leaving. She also explained to me retinal use with waxing so we tweezed them instead! Thank you!!!!
