Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

I had a wash, cut, and blow dry with Megan at Hairnova and had a great experience. Megan was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to what I wanted. Shannon was absolutely brilliant from talking to me about my options explaining everything to me in steps inside and outside office hours nothing was to much trouble. I had nano extensions and full colour and cut. I was very nervous about going to a salon but straight away Shannon and the other ladies put me at ease. I walked into the salon with 0 percent confidence but when I walked out a felt like a million dollars and I carn't stop smiling.
