I’ve been going to Phoebe for years, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. She always takes the time to ask about my girls (she’s done both of their hair for years too), which makes the experience feel so personal and genuine. Her hair advice is second to none—she really knows her stuff and always gives honest, helpful suggestions. I always leave feeling happy and loving my hair. It’s always a wonderful experience with Phoebe, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Phoebe was an exceptional professional when it came to my appointment. From entering the gorgeously-presented salon to leaving it, she was attentive, friendly and consistently exceeded my expectations. I'd gone in with a particular idea of what I wanted to do with my hair - autumnal inspirational photos in hand - and she was able to discuss what options would work best and how my inspiration could be fulfilled. As you can see from the photos, she achieved that and more! I felt relaxed and not rushed at any point, the music was perfect and not too loud, and the ambience was perfect!

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! Such a great experience on my first trip to the salon, belated birthday treat!😊 it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer! I’ve been coming to Sam for years now and she always delivers! For this appointment, I brought my 3 year old for her first hair cut. Sam was amazing. She asked what we wanted and put my daughter at ease. She styled her hair afterwards in the cutest plaits and gave her a little ‘well done’ chocolate at the end. Highly recommend!

Phoebe is always amazing! She listens to what I want and understands my needs plus gives great advice and tips on how to maintain my specific hair type. The head and neck massage while having my hair washed and conditioned feels incredible and the blow dry is very relaxed making my whole experience enjoyable. I always feel so happy with the end result too thank you!!
