This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. I had my extensions re-taped at Ashley Maree Hair and the experience was amazing. Ashley made me feel so welcome and her professionalism was clear from the start. Skye has been doing my extensions for years, and every visit is amazing! I always walk out feeling so confident. Her hospitality is unmatched—she truly cares about her clients. During my appointment today, I had bad period cramps, and she was so patient, even giving me lollies and a Sprite so I could take a short break. It’s those small thoughtful gestures that make the experience so comfortable. Plus, her extension technique is flawless—virtually undetectable, even with super long hair. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my hair, Mary did such an amazing job and went through the whole process, and my hair has turned out beautiful, not only was my hair falling out so much, I woke up this morning to minimal fall out and easy to manage, Mary was precise and quick and was so welcoming. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting nano or hair extensions.

I have very fine hair and live a very active lifestyle (gym, horses, swimming, travel). Ive tried other salons but the extensions would always slipped within weeks. Skye's work is incredible; my first set lasted three months, no slips! Now on my second set, I'll never go elsewhere. My hair looks natural, and the blonde color match is perfect. I needed to have my hair urgently coloured and cut whilst on my trip to sydney as it was way overdue. Ashleigh Maree understood exactly what I wanted and seamlessly did a wonderful job! Ashley is amazing!! Listened to what I was hoping for and worked with me to achieve it with minimal damage. She was so lovely throughout the appointment and helped me with how to style my new layers. The colour I got was better than I hoped and I love how it turned out!! <3
