I have virgin hair, and she went above and beyond to custom colour the extensions so they matched my hair perfectly. The blend is flawless and the quality is outstanding. This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. I had my extensions re-taped at Ashley Maree Hair and the experience was amazing. Ashley made me feel so welcome and her professionalism was clear from the start. Skye has been doing my extensions for years, and every visit is amazing! I always walk out feeling so confident. Her hospitality is unmatched—she truly cares about her clients. During my appointment today, I had bad period cramps, and she was so patient, even giving me lollies and a Sprite so I could take a short break. It’s those small thoughtful gestures that make the experience so comfortable. Plus, her extension technique is flawless—virtually undetectable, even with super long hair. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, the finest salon in Sydney that I've visited! Zena and Jay were incredibly welcoming. I've visited twice in the past month: the first time for a cut and the second time for the Nano treatment, which was truly transformative. If you're considering it, go for it! Absolutely love my hair, Mary did such an amazing job and went through the whole process, and my hair has turned out beautiful, not only was my hair falling out so much, I woke up this morning to minimal fall out and easy to manage, Mary was precise and quick and was so welcoming. She was amazing, made me feel very comfortable about my decision to colour my daughter’s hair, she did an amazing job 100 times better than I thought it was going to look.
