I had my first appointment with Jo this morning and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the second I met her, I felt very comfortable and at ease. She has such a calming presence and made the whole session calming and enjoyable. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be booking again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alex is amazing, one of the most patient and honest people I have met! After box dying my hair black for 18+ years not one other hairdresser would take me on! Alex didn’t give me any false hope and managed my expectations, yet still I have walked away blonde, less than half a year later, with healthy long hair as before we started the process! I cannot praise Alex enough! Even through my mental breakdowns and random messages Alex has made sure I’ve been happy with what my hair looks like every step of the way. A comfortable and private salon where I feel so relaxed I nearly fall asleep!

Had my first session of the Hydro Facial with Gail and my skin has never felt as fresh and light in my whole life🤩 The redness in my cheeks has went down massively and that’s just after the first session, cannot wait to see the final results. Also added on a back/shoulder/arm & head massage to the end of my facial - THE BEST😶‍🌫️🤩

Wonderful reflexology session with Paula. She is so knowledgeable and skilled, and I felt incredibly relaxed throughout the session (and afterwards!) Highly recommend.

First laser session today and I can’t wait for the results after I have had more sessions. I felt totally comfortable with Sophie and have already booked in for more sessions.

After 30 years of torment and mental torture on a daily basis. Years of trying to get help from my GP and other services. I finally feel seen and heard at Blue Amber Counselling. I have been given possible reasons as to why I may be in such turmoil, every second of the day and been offered a helping hand in pushing the services that should be helping me through all of this stuff. I have been on a gradual decline in my mental health and I reached a point where I was going to take my life. But I am feeling optimistic after 2 sessions and hopeful for the first time in nearly 2 decades.

Wonderful session, time made for a discussion ofy needs and treatment adapted accordingly Louise is an amazing therapist ♥️

First session as a trainee counsellor and Lizzy is my supervisor! I was nervous but she put me at ease and I felt safe and held !

Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. The space itself is beautiful, and the amazing scents in the room gave everything an extra layer of calm. Emma is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Lizzie is an excellent Coach; using a combination of her own lived experience together with therapies that she has taken and used what is helpful for the adhd Person, has allowed me to plan and cope with instances in my life which continue to be issues for me.. Lizzie is honest in her feedback and is supporting me to plan for the next stage of my life; post diagnosis. It was infact counselling with Lizzie after a lifetime of misdiagnosis that led me to my diagnosis of combined adhd today. Lizzie for me was life changing and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I absolutely adore getting my hair done with Alex, it’s just like catching up with a friend for a couple hours or even a mini therapy session that is MUCH NEEDED! I had copper hair and wanted a change to brunette but didn’t want the boring just brown. Alex talked me through the shades so I was happy and I am now in love with my brunette hair!! 💕

I regularly visit Jo for various holistic treatments and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is welcoming, friendly and professional - but more than that, she’s an absolutely amazing human being. Her warmth and care shone through from our very first meeting a few years ago. My recent Mind, Body and Soul Reiki treatment was everything I needed. I left feeling lighter, clearer and completely rebalanced/energised. Jo has such a warm, intuitive presence and a real gift for healing. Every session with her is a true reset - I can’t recommend her enough 💛

I had my first Reiki treatment recently with Gail, and it was a truly memorable introduction to the practice. Gail explained the process clearly and created a calm, focused atmosphere. Their movements were steady and deliberate, with a quiet presence that made the session feel thoughtful and well-paced. Without needing to say much, they guided the session with care and intention. It was a great first experience.

This was my first ever holistic massage session, and it was absolutely amazing. I chose the Sanctuary Within experience, and it truly lived up to its name — such a relaxing and transformative session.

Great session as always 😀

Had a full body tissue massage with Lucy. She was great! Her experience really came across as well as her skills. She made me feel very comfortable right from the start and was kind and informative throughout the session together. Looking forward to book my next massage with her!

Hot stone and reiki session with Jo , the room is very relaxing and calming . As always my session was relaxing, and eased away any tension I had. Reiki was amazing and starting to feel the energy more with regular reiki treatments and today felt more energised afterwards and would really recommend anyone who may be sceptical of the benefits to try for themselves .
