I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor based on the Wirral.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with ADHD. This has given me experience of living with the impact of a late diagnosis & discovering how to adjust from a lifetime of masking. I am passionate about supporting those who have ADHD (or suspect they have ADHD) & the difficulties that can arise living with a neurodivergent condition in a neurotypical world.

I strive to help you work through whatever you are finding difficult, & always at your pace. My approach is empathic, non-judgemental and impartial.
