She has a great personality and made the whole process feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. First time at Pixal-Rose. Had a curly hair dry cut with Alice. She was informative and listened to what my hair problems were. She also checked with how much length I wanted off as she went along. Would go back again.

I went for my first appointment since I moved and Gemma was amazing. I had booked a consultation so we were very clear what was and wasn't feasible for my hair given it's length and what we wanted to achieve. I walked away incredibly happy with the haircut I got as a result - it suits me very well and while it isn't exactly what I asked for originally, I understand why that wasn't possible and we can work towards that in the future.

Holly has transformed my hair, she picked up on what I wanted and went through the colours with me. Once again I am flawed by how quickly she works. When it was wet, I thought it might have been a bit too dark for me, and it was amazing seeing the colours materialise as she dried it. It's gorgeous and she was kind enough to run an curling iron through at the end so I could get a proper idea of the depth!

always such a great experience! Having gotten to know Gemma over the years she always ALWAYS brings 100%. My hair has grown so much in length, thickness and health. Plus looks utterly amazing each time her magic hands touch it! Be prepared for strangers stopping you in the street to comment how much they love your hair and little kids to point and smile!

I’m so so glad I chose Reds for going back to red hair! Gemma was fantastic! From my consultation I knew she was gonna be amazing. But from the minute I walked in to the minute I left she was ace! Walked me through her processes and told me about what she does and why with dyes and treatments. Very accommodating and chatty. Makes a lovely coffee too! Super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Very glad I found her as I’m so so so happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone and everyone - ESPECIALLY those wanting or with bright coloured hair. She’s ace!!
