I went for my first appointment since I moved and Gemma was amazing. I had booked a consultation so we were very clear what was and wasn't feasible for my hair given it's length and what we wanted to achieve. I walked away incredibly happy with the haircut I got as a result - it suits me very well and while it isn't exactly what I asked for originally, I understand why that wasn't possible and we can work towards that in the future.

Had a consultation appointment today with the fabulous Tori. All the staff were helpful and welcoming from my initial call a few weeks ago to visit at the salon today. Tori went through the process, listening to my ideas and also asking a ton of questions not to miss out on the finer details. It's was my daughter's first salon experience and it was fabulous. Alice took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted - a dry curly cut with layers - gave suggestions, checked in with her regularly and delivered a great result. I went for an initial consultation and patch test and was made to feel very welcome. The treatment space was lovely, clean and bright and Imani very professional. Looking forward to starting my treatment

After debating laser for such a long time I reached out to Imani who was really knowledgeable and told me in detail about laser and the benefits. After my consultation I was able to book 3 days later to have a full Hollywood. Imani was sooo lovely and made me feel so comfortable I forgot I was even having it done! After only one session I have seen immediate results and can’t wait to complete all my sessions. Thank you ❤️

Great, detailed consultation

Consultation prior and understanding what I was looking for was great and left with result I wanted, Olivia has done a superb job and I’m very happy.

My first visit and I trusted Megumi to cut and style my hair and was happy with the result.

Sarah is excellent, does the best pedicure which lasts, even when wearing hiking boots. Had about 5 back to back pedicures during last summer, and never once did the gel peel off. Bare nails were in good condition all winter and now just had my first pedicure of 2026. Definitely recommend.
