I recently had a waxing session at Namaste Swindon Beauty Services by Reema, and I must say – it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Reema is such a kind, well-educated, and experienced professional. She did full arm, full leg, underarm, and Hollywood waxing for me, and it was done with minimal pain and great care. I went for my first appointment since I moved and Gemma was amazing. I had booked a consultation so we were very clear what was and wasn't feasible for my hair given it's length and what we wanted to achieve. I walked away incredibly happy with the haircut I got as a result - it suits me very well and while it isn't exactly what I asked for originally, I understand why that wasn't possible and we can work towards that in the future.

This was my first appointment with Gemma after a consultation in the summer. I had a Crown Treatment with a cut and I left the salon feeling 100% satisfied. Gemma was really attentive to my hair, brilliant at explaining every step of the process and took time when styling to listen and offer tips on how I can maintain and replicate the style at home. I have booked my next appointment already. I would definitely recommend Gemma to other people with curly, textured and/or afro hair.

Had a consultation appointment today with the fabulous Tori. All the staff were helpful and welcoming from my initial call a few weeks ago to visit at the salon today. Tori went through the process, listening to my ideas and also asking a ton of questions not to miss out on the finer details. I'm even more excited but also at ease for my first appointment in 2 weeks!
