I had such a brilliant appointment with Danielle. She immediately put me at ease and spent lots of time helping me decide what style would be best for me. She cut a beautiful asymmetric bob for me that i love, and gave me simply ideas on how to style it as I struggle with time and creativity. And when I told her I'm autistic she made extra effort to accommodate my needs without making me feel like I was different. Looking forward to going back again soon!

A great experience! Joanne was very professional and friendly. She explained the origins of the product which felt luxurious and had a wonderful perfume that made you feel relaxed and pampered. I had the 90 minute bespoke massage which I would highly recommend. I’m certainly going to book another treatment when we return next year!
