Throughout the session, she constantly checks in—whether it’s the lip colour or eyeshadow—and makes sure you’re comfortable before moving forward. I had a really great experience at the facial and head spa. The whole session was relaxing, and I could feel all the stress melt away. The beautician, Karen was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I would come back to for some proper self-care.

Girls were so friendly. Ive got really sensitive skin. My face will usually have really bad bumps post facial waxing. But I was so surprised that I had no bumps. No itch. Just mild redness which subsided so quickly. Never believed reading reviews when people said it was pain free waxing. It was minimal pain.
