As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.

very nice tratment and fronley staff . One big improvement would be to improve the quality of the massage table. I had a very stiff back after lying on it on it for an hour I certainly woud not book a longer treatment for this reason. it woud beiopprve with 4 cm. deep topper on it . or buty anew one with face hole . a proper cylindrical cushion to go under the knees would be better than a roled up towel. The room was very cold,and I did mention it twice ,and asked if there was a blow heater. I think you could up your game if you added these items . .

I absolutely my nails. Alisha is amazing at doing details on patterns. I went for a Halloween themed style with each nail have a different patterns blood drips, spiderweb, barbwire heart, pumpkin face, spider, snake, star and moon, barbwire and a pumpkin. Such amazing detail! The best birthday nails I’ve ever had!!

My eyebrows look great after the waxing and my skin is singing after the great facial. Thank you Helen
