Fab, love coming here for my face waxing, everyone is really friendly and chatty, the wax they use on the face is brilliant and keeps my skin super smooth and soft and doesn’t irritate like traditional waxing.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

Honestly the best facials I’ve ever had Lisa’s salon is a lovely cosy little place Has the collagen application can make you cold after the magic heat machine I am ewrapped in the snuggliest blanket ever You really have to try to believe , and if your a Le chic client / fan well then you know know Little hidden gem on the Heapey side of Chorley located on Harpers lane Get your treatments in before a Home bargains shop. You couldn’t possibly be disappointed

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. Today I had the Timeless Glow facial with Jo. She was very professional and went through all the pre treatment checks and told me what to expect during the treatment. Once the treatment had started Jo informed me at every stage what she was doing and how it would benefit my skin, Jo also explained about the aftercare that I needed to do. The treatment lasted about an hour and at the end of it my face felt super clean and soft. I would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to having it done again.

I cannot recommend Gemma enough! I had the micro-needling facial today and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The treatment was excellent! I left feeling utterly relaxed and my skin had the most fantastic glow to it. Looking forward to my next visit already.
