I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Just moved to Melbourne and always challenging to find a new excellent waxing professional. It is about trust, way more than knowing all about their profession. It is about the way they make you feel comfortable, communicate and you feel like you can tell them anything in a space of respect and trust. Melanie was amazing, welcoming, warm and professional. Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

She is the most skilled lash technician in melbourne CBD. She is always very nice during the session and her lashes are perfectly long lasting while giving comfort to my eyes. 10/10 I would continue coming back to get my lashes done!

It’s been hard for me to find a really good barber since moving back to Melbourne but at last the search is over. April is very skilled, listens but also gives advice, and really takes his time to make sure you’re getting the cut that you want. He also makes sure it will look good as it’s growing back. It’s easy to see why this place has a flawless 5 star rating. Highly recommended.

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.

Best hairdresser in Melbourne!! Jay is an absolute delight and his skills are off the charts. He never tries to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments and gives wonderful advice re styling & colour. I live in the UK, but always come back to Jay and Claire when in the City for my 3 month stays. Highly recommend.

Best leg wax I’ve had since arriving in Melbourne. I had a scrape on my knee and the lady was very gentle and considerate. No hairs at all left and lovely oil to calm the skin after. I’ll be back. Thank you ladies :)

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!
