My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

Just moved to Melbourne and always challenging to find a new excellent waxing professional. It is about trust, way more than knowing all about their profession. It is about the way they make you feel comfortable, communicate and you feel like you can tell them anything in a space of respect and trust. Melanie was amazing, welcoming, warm and professional. I will definitely be a regular at Bikini Moon!

Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

Best hairdresser in Melbourne!! Jay is an absolute delight and his skills are off the charts. He never tries to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments and gives wonderful advice re styling & colour. I live in the UK, but always come back to Jay and Claire when in the City for my 3 month stays. Highly recommend.

Lavi is genuinely lovely and a true professional in every sense. The waxing was perfect and incredibly fast. It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian with hard wax, and I honestly felt no pain at all. Such a great experience — highly recommended!

It was really good! I was super nervous but I felt very supported. Chelsea made sure I felt settled while I waited for my appointment, and then Morgan did my waxing. She was very patient and understanding of it being my first time, and helped talk me through the most painful areas. She was also great to chat to for the long session. I'm very grateful for how well it went and honestly it didn't hurt as much as I'd feared. I will definitely be requesting Morgan again in the future for waxing sessions!

I was a bit nervous because it was my first time getting waxed but Jazlyn took great care of me. She made sure to do an extra thorough job and explained everything to me clearly. Gave tips for aftercare and was patient with it being my first time.
