I cannot recommend About Face enough! I was drawn to the salon as they were the only place in Canberra offering extraction focused facials, and I am so happy I booked. Jess was so professional yet personable, I left feeling refreshed inside and out. Natalie was amazing. She was super friendly, and gentle. It was the most gentle/pain free wax I’ve ever had. She was also super knowledgeable, and talked me through the process, not to mention the amazing brows I walked out with! Definitely will be back and recommending to anyone in need.

I enjoy visiting the salon because Suzie and her staff are always welcoming. Today, I had my second facial by Jess. The facial was relaxing and very through with all the creams etc well massaged into the skin.

The Cocoon by name - The Cocoon by nature. Beautiful Tika has created such a warm and welcoming space—it’s the kind of environment where you can truly relax and feel taken care of. I’ve said this before, but just cannot express enough how the results are nothing short of amazing: my brows and lashes are beautifully lifted and defined, completely transforming the shape of my face and opening up my eyes. I receive so many compliments after every session (especially on how much younger I look!). It’s the facelift without Botox and honestly has been a game changer!
