It was my first time, and I’m extremely happy with both the results and the way I was treated. Kim is incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely friendly. I was a bit hesitant at first, but once the treatment started, all my nerves disappeared. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for quality care — the service is truly top‑notch.

I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.
