It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

really welcoming &friendly staff. I received a brazilian and then was upsold an eyebrow threading service as i had time up my sleeve. for the following two nights since, overnight, I have experienced intense itchiness and dicomfort from the brazilian. This has never happened to me before. Otherwise I am really pleased with the result of the brazilian. Re the eyebrow threading, this wasn't as precise as I had anticipated and will likely go back to getting my eyebrows waxed, as i have done in the past. I have had to tweeze my own remainder eyebrow stubbs that were missed, and there are a few.

I've had a couple of laser hair removal sessions with Alex, and she's been absolutely lovely. She's patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every session. I recently had my first pedicure session at Professional Nail Prahran with Iris, and it was an amazing experience! Iris was not only incredibly skilled but also super friendly, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. She did a fantastic job on my feet, and I left feeling pampered and happy. I highly recommend this salon and especially Iris for anyone looking for a great pedicure!

Amazing! Timsy waxed and tinted my eyebrows so perfectly, mixing three shades to get the right colour. I was so happy with how they were shaped and the tint still looked great a few months later! Couldn't recommend more highly!

I've been a regular client here for 2 years and I'm always so happy with my eyebrows after they are threaded and tinted! Chandni takes her time and doesn't rush which shows in her work.
