She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. The salon environment is very relaxing and inviting and also cleaned to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Jade at essence for all beauty services! Thanks as always jade! See you soon!

I have been going to Charlie for years and she is simply the best. Charlie is really friendly, welcoming and professional. It’s truly a lovely environment to have waxing, spray tanning, botox etc.

Poppy did an amazing job infilling my nails, it was nearly a month between visits and I had definitely put the nails to the test. Full retention, not one broken!

I would definitely recommend Charlie for beauty treatments. I’ve gone to her for all my waxing for a few years and she’s always very gentle, making sure to get every hair. In the run up to my wedding, I’ve now also seen her for brows, lashes and spray tans and she’s done an excellent job with these too. Charlie is always so friendly and kind!
