She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

My first visit to Lexi’s home salon, had eyebrow wax, eye lash tint & gel manicure, what a lovely relaxed atmosphere & Lexi is very professional, friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended, will be back & will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

I loved my visit to Jess"s. It was a lovely relaxing environment. She made me feel at ease. We had a nice chat and my eyebrows looked great afterwards.
