She explained every step clearly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The entire experience felt spa-like and never rushed! I had a wonderful experience with Lisa for my hydra facial. She was incredibly gentle, and her technique made the whole session feel very soothing and relaxing. I’ve been going to nail salons for over 20 years, and this is by far the best one! The staff is incredibly friendly, and every technician does amazing work. The salon is always spotless, the tools are properly sanitized, and the quality of service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Lisa-Marie at Upper Glow Aesthetics. I went in for an eyebrow wax and wanted to keep it looking natural, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She kept checking in throughout to make sure I liked how it was shaping up. Really happy with the result and would go back.
