If you love a hot stone massage you have got to try the new hot shell one.The shells stay hot longer than the stone's so your massage flows better and having you arms moved across your back allows more attention on the shoulder blades, it's definitely worth giving it a try. I love visiting Sophie! Have had a range of treatments, pedicure, waxing and BIAB, all have been performed skilfully, professionally and in a timely manner. The room is very clean and well presented, it feels very welcoming when you enter the space. Sophie is knowledgeable and very friendly, I will be back again soon!

Carla delivered a wonderful back massage. I'd been experiencing some aching and tightness in my back and upper arms for some time but had been putting off having anything done about it. I was instantly put at ease by Carla and she took the time to ask about areas of tension that I needed addressing. The massage itself was very relaxing. Afterwards my back felt lighter, looser and I had much freer movement. Highly recommend.
