I visit anna one a month for my treatment which is the radiance facial with a back arm & head massage, the whole experience is so relaxing & I always leave feeling relaxed & refreshed I wouldn’t go to anyone else as Anna knows my skin so well plus she has the softest hands 🥰

Alice was so lovely! Really lovely lympathic massage, went through the benefits with me, booked in a facial but she also went over my shoulders and arms which was a fab added extra. Definitely booked in again!

I absolutely love Lolly Ann’s Hair and Beauty Salon. The variety of treatments is amazing and they are all undertaken to the highest standards. I have had my hair, lashes and waxing done and absolutely loved it all. The staff make you feel so at ease and welcome and the salon is clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

I am on my 4th treatment for under arm and upper lip and it is working fantastically. Staff are so friendly and make you feel so at ease. Would highly recommend.

Best nails in Crawley!

Great leg wax appointment with Jamie. She was friendly as always and kept me chatting away so I was distracted throughout the wax which was done perfectly. Can’t recommend Jamie enough, as always.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

AMAZING! I would rate more than five stars if I could. Emma is brilliant, an expert in her craft, and she made me feel so comfortable during my treatment (hyperrealism brows). My natural brows are very sparse and uneven, growing in completely different directions, so I thought I would be too complicated a case for this treatment. During the first session (in January), Emma spent so much time planning and redrawing to build my perfect shape before working on the brows. Today we had my top-up session, and I am obsessed with the outcome! I'm so, so happy. Thank you, Emma!

My appointment was for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint and I can’t recommend Alice enough. Alice was professional, efficient and meticulous with both treatments and I was so pleased with the outcome.

I have just been seen by Yasmin for my first visit to you for a wax and I was really impressed and happy with how comfortable I was made to feel and with my treatment! The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I will definitely be coming back as a regular! Thank you ☺️
