My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

She made me feel comfortable the entire time and the results turned out beautifully. My lashes look lifted and natural, and my brows are perfectly shaped. One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

The waxing treatments I received were amazing. They paid great attention to my skin and sensitivities, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care here, and I would highly recommend them. I definitely plan to return!
