I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.

I had the most incredible back, neck and Indian head massage with Adele. From the moment I walked in, the space felt so calming and beautifully presented, even the scent instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was amazing, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking again on a regular basis!
