Ella and Amy did an amazing job today, I booked in for myself, mum and sister for our nails prior to my wedding. Ella was so accommodating and organised for us all to go together. The studio is lovely and they were both so kind and welcoming to us all. I was even surprised with flowers and a wedding card which was so thoughtful! We all loved the nails and the whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back in future :) thanks so much!!!

I booked 2 facials for both my mum and my brother and it’s safe to say they are obsessed! Zarah is so warm, welcoming and gentle, they can’t fault her service at all. This was my first appointment after using previous Nail Technicians and I was so impressed with the service and quality. Ella took her time to remove previous BIAB and my new nails look amazing. I will definitely be back.

My friend recommended this salon to me, and I'm so glad I took her advice! The moment I walked in, it felt like I stepped into a spa—the lovely smell and those awesome massage chairs made my hair washing experience so relaxing! I really felt pampered. Millie, the stylist, was super professional and did an amazing job with my haircut. I will definitely come back and get my hair done here again!

Had my lips done once before and wasn't a good experience today was completely different Morgan made me feel so at ease and didn't hurt me half as much as before will definitely be going back

I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.
