I booked 2 facials for both my mum and my brother and it’s safe to say they are obsessed! Zarah is so warm, welcoming and gentle, they can’t fault her service at all. I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

Ellen has worked wonders for my hair, I leave the salon feeling amazing and even 12 weeks on when I come back I can see how much healthier and better shaped my hair is. If you’re a thick haired gal come here!
