⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience! The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. My hair came out exactly the way I wanted – soft, shiny, and beautifully styled. The nail service was done with so much care and attention to detail; my hands and feet feel amazing. I also tried waxing, and it was quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. The staff are friendly, gentle, and really know their craft. Definitely my new go-to place for all my beauty needs! Highly recommend.

I recently visited Prep for a mini pedicure and waxing, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff is always incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Prep Salon for anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning.

The salon is not bad, however there were some dirt under the massage table (hairs and dust noticable on the legs of the massage table which was a bit of a put-down) and a dirty rug as well. If they do a proper cleaning job it would make a difference. The therapist was good at the massage, I will go again.

Liche is a great stylish with such a beautiful personality however coming from the same industry (spa manager on cruise ships) i do have to say that the customer service from some of the staff was disappointing. Your stylist called Megan (i believe she works independently and not for Sheek) needs to up her game. Whilst i had my hair washed by Liche she had a guest but eating bubblegum with an open mouth and blowing bubbles, some people come to salons to relax and that was annoying, they tried to book her an appointment and she shouted from the washing area to not book her, many more comments
