I had a wonderful experience at Tienks Treatment Specialist. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Tieneke was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. She took the time to explain each step and checked in on my well-being throughout the process, making me feel truly taken care of. Liche is a great stylish with such a beautiful personality however coming from the same industry (spa manager on cruise ships) i do have to say that the customer service from some of the staff was disappointing. Your stylist called Megan (i believe she works independently and not for Sheek) needs to up her game. Whilst i had my hair washed by Liche she had a guest but eating bubblegum with an open mouth and blowing bubbles, some people come to salons to relax and that was annoying, they tried to book her an appointment and she shouted from the washing area to not book her, many more comments

The nail service was done with so much care and attention to detail; my hands and feet feel amazing. I also tried waxing, and it was quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. The staff are friendly, gentle, and really know their craft. Definitely my new go-to place for all my beauty needs! Highly recommend.

Took my little girl here for a haircut and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were kind and made her feel comfortable, and the haircut turned out lovely. The only downside was that her clothes got very wet at the back during the hair wash. A bit more care there would make the experience perfect. Thanks for looking after her so well!

Professional and friendly experience

Very friendly staff. Served a nice big cup of coffee while busy with my treatment. I am very impressed with Lezaan she knew how to handle my hair type. She took her time and was very gentle. I will highly recommend sheek hair to friends and family.
