Alex is amazing!! She provides the best customer service, makes you feel at ease , has amazing products and always makes sure you walk out feeling amazing! Highly recommend her for all your waxing and skin care needs!

This was my first dry pedicure. My feet are baby soft. Although you have to keep your feet moisturized. I had a Japanese manicure for the first time as well. Nail are full of shine. Love it! Just not sure how long the shine is really going to last. Facial wax was the same a any other except you lie on a comfortable table and are wrapped in a blanket during the service. Just wished the technician wore a face mask during the service since she was so close. The shops had a relaxing vibe. A great way to spend a relaxing afternoon.

This is my new favorite one-stop shop for all my self-care needs / beauty appointments. It's super close to where I live, and Zhanara does my eyelashes really really well to where it still looks full even after 3-4 weeks. I also get my Japanese healthy manicure here and European organic facial. I'm definitely looking to get more done when I'm done with my pregnancy. :)

Shay was very professional and explained what she was doing in the process. I thought my mind was playing tricks on me after my session. My skin was glowing. When I got to my event, I wasn't the only one noticing how silky smooth my skin was. I felt a shade lighter, dark spots on my cheeks disappeared. Now, this will be a part of my me time. Calm, cool and relaxed environment. Almost fell asleep a few times. I highly recommend Shay and this place, especially for the men. We need love too.

It was my first time at Vogue and the front desk person was very friendly. She offered me a drink, but I politely declined as I had my own water bottle. My eyelash tech I forgot her name, but it starts with a Z was very kind and did a great job putting on my lashes. I will definitely go back for a full set this time.

I went to Beauty Expert for facial waxing. My esthetician was Aleksandra-- she was so kind, personable and knowledgable. I really appreciated her not only providing a thorough service, but also teaching me how to care for my skin in general. I could tell she genuinely cared about her clients longterm care, and she also answered all my questions, which were a lot haha. If you're hesitant about going, this is your sign to go!

Everything was great other than having to wait 25 minutes for my appointment because my technician was having her nails done. I had traveled an hour and a half from Newport News for the appointment in heavy traffic to have to sit and wait (and worried that I would be late the entire trip). Although I really liked my technician and the job she did, I thought that was unprofessional and did not feel valued as a customer.
