Malcom is amazing and professional. He’s knowledgeable about all kinds of piercings. I’ll definitely be back. I was pleased with his kindness and patience with my daughter. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a piercing. The shop is clean and sanitary which was another huge factor in my rating. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Elvira is incredible! She helped me to choose the perfect shade to use in tattooing my lips with the lipstick effect. She took her time to help me pick the perfect hue, she explained the process as we went along, and she was able to successfully numb my lips, making the experience pain-free! Definitely recommend Elvira! My next adventure will be lip plumping and then permanent eyeliner.

Can’t say enough about Malcolm!! The shop is absolutely beautiful. Everything is super clean and nice. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This was my second time getting a chance to meet Malcolm. This was the first time I got to get pierced by him and I couldn’t have asked for better. He was so sweet took all his time with me. I have had lots and lots of piercings and I refuse to go anywhere else until the day I move. 100/10 would recommend 🤘🏻🖤

My appt with Malcolm was amazing. I hadnt had a piercing in over 15 years and was nervous but wanted something to bring in my 40th birthday. He was very friendly and reassuring with me and my son, who was getting his first piercing. Malcolm and the young lady at the front were very welcoming and explained everything very well. The location was very clean and organized. Malcolm worked very quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was 10/10 and we will definitely be back

It was my first time ever coming and I was super nervous but after speaking with Jordan I was very calm and ready! He was super nice and friendly and educated me on the piercing I was getting. He took his time and made sure I understood and didn't make me feel dumb for the questions I was asking. He was very professional and genuinely a pleasure to get pierced by. Definitely a 10/10! Customer Service was spectacular. If you're looking for somewhere to get pierced. This is most definitely the place to come.

Malcom pierced my almost 14 year old daughter’s septum today. He made sure he explained everything as he went and insured she was comfortable with the process. It was a quick process and she said it was easier than she expected. We will for sure be back for any future piercings.

I am an older woman who needed to revive a second ear piercing. I was very happy with the service I received and the experience. It didn’t hurt which was awesome! The staff was very nice and professional. But they made you feel comfortable. Some reviews say that the jewelry is expensive. I was offered a variety of prices and for me, it was such a huge step above a mall piercing, which makes the extra money worth it.
