I brought some apprehension from a bad waxing experience at a large chain company, but Molly was quick to make me very comfortable and put me at ease. She did an incredible and quick job and I can't recommend her highly enough! I scheduled my follow-up appointment on the spot and the results have been clean and excellent!

I needed to find a new lash salon to fix a bad job I got from another salon. I went to Lash 24 Studio and they were very helpful and understanding of my situation. They were able to get me in same day to start the process of fixing my mess. Thuy was so kind and caring. When I went back to get a full lash set on I made sure Thuy did it. She is very meticulous and knowledgeable. The salon is extremely clean and relaxing. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you are comfortable while you're there. I highly recommend Lash 24 Studio.

As always, Ashleigh is amazing. I love her bubbly personality and welcoming spirit - I always feel at ease with her and she is quick but detailed with when it comes to waxing. I also love that fact that I have a very sensitive area and she does amazing at working on that area with little discomfort (again this is because I am extremely sensitive - no because she is not careful). You just can't go wrong by going to Always Smooth! All the estheticians there are amazing!!! But I just love Ashleigh!!!!

Molly is amazing! She is personable, professional, and passionate about what she does. She takes the time to educate you on all you need to know. She encourages you to love your body, and embrace the female energy/femininity. Her work environment expresses this so well! I love her work space. I’ve been waxing for 5 years now and if I had to rate my “waxers” Molly is in the top 2. She uses quality products which are essential. One change I’d love to see is making sure all my butt crack hair gets waxed ( top to bottom )and for any additional wax to be cleaned up after wards in that area.

Stephanie was awesome. It was my first time going to smooth waxing studio. She was very professional, had a sense of humor and she makes you feel comfortable. I got a Brazilian and my arm pits it took less than 15 min. I will definitely be going back to see Stephanie!!!!
