Hello! I had a haircut appointment on Saturday at 11. She was pleasant and polite. As a professional, she did a good job with the haircut, but! This is not the haircut shape I showed in the pictures! Maybe there was a misunderstanding, but it was never discussed with me that the back would be cut shorter and shorter towards the crown. In short, I absolutely do not like the shape. I thought I would be able to style it in a way that looked modern and chic, I tried to get used to it, but I really don’t like the result at all! I ask you to do a balanced bob with beautiful line at the bottom.

When we reviewed your inspiration photos, our stylist explained that the models had naturally thick hair, which creates a very different look compared to fine hair. To help achieve more volume and movement with your hair type, layers were recommended and you agreed to this approach during your appointment. This is why the result may look different from the photos you shared. ( in your note to the stylist, you also requested a Bob with layers. “ I would like to book a layered bob haircut with a straight cut and bangs with a textured (choppy) edge.” We always strive to provide the best service and make sure our clients understand the process and results based on their unique hair type.
