Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Absolutely amazing experience! I was really anxious about having my wax done by a stranger and explained this when booking however I was reassured through every step of the process. Had an amazing experience with Courtney this AM having booked in extremely last minute 11 hours prior. The whole experience was thoroughly calm and each step was communicated with me. I had 3 treatments (lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint and wax and upper lip was) I will be back for future treatments Courtney was amazing!

Had such a great time getting my first Brazilian wax with Alice, I was super nervous as had a bad experience years ago. Alice put me at ease instantly and there really was minimal pain.
