I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I cannot recommend revive highly enough, the staff and atmosphere are lovely and I always leaving feeling amazing. Red light therapy has been great for my skin and relaxation. The perfect place.

The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better (I suffer from cold fingers and toes!). The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous! Thank you.

The ladies in Revive are so friendly. The lady at reception made me a cup of tea and it was lovely as I was early for my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the cryotherapy as this is a new experience for me, I came out feeling brand new! The massage bed was incredible, it felt like a someone was giving me the massage! I said I had specific tightness and knots in my shoulders and upper back and the lady programmed the bed for that specific need and it was an amazing 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough! Excellent experience.

I would highly recommend the hydrotherapy massage. This was my 2nd one and I actually dozed off whilst having it. Very relaxing massage in a calm and tranquil environment.

Absolutely fab! Had a full body aromatherapy massage and it was, top to toe. Kirstyn was great, the therapy room was spotlessly clean and air conditioned 🙏 and in a beautiful setting. I know what my next appointment is going to be 😛.

Another fantastic, effective and informative treatment with Kirk who has been treating my various (largely self-inflicted injuries) for over a year and has consistently got me back to activity with rehabs in place to strengthen and avoid future injury. He’s by far the best physio/rehab professional I’ve come across in Portsmouth/Southsea in the past 20 years . Cannot recommend highly enough (although please don’t use up all his appointments as I want some!)

This was my first visit to Orchard Holistic Therapy. I booked in for a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing. Kirstyn was lovely and the treatment room very warm, clean and relaxing. I had a shoulder injury weeks prior and can honestly say the massage definitely eased the pain. I came away feeling very relaxed and stress free. I would highly recommend to any one looking for massage. I am hopefully going to book further treatments.

My experience at The Recovery Room was amazing, upon entering the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Kirstyn at Orchard Holistic Therapy is amazing! For my birthday Kirstyn put together a personalised pamper day which was absolutely incredible! The weather was amazing which meant we were able to enjoy her beautiful garden where we spent most of the day whilst doing guided facials, party games, an afternoon tea spread provided by Kirstyn and an hour treatment each. It was such a calm, relaxing day. Shout out to Kirstyn’s husband too who was on hand all day with prosecco, teas and coffees! It was such a special day and we cannot thank Orchard Holistic Therapy enough but THANK YOU Xxx

Any successful non-pharmacological treatment for anything is always a joy. Cheerful Reflexology at the 'Orchard' left me relaxed, hungry and with a sense that all was well-oiled and functioning well. Not being a regular in the world of Holistic Therapy, I particularly appreciated the fact that everything was patiently explained.

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.

Amazing as always! Love seeing Kirstyn, her presence and calming energy makes for a lovely, relaxing experience every single time. Thank you Kirstyn! X
