I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

I had a feet and lower leg massage with Lili which was totally therapeutic. I have very bad feet and Lili somehow loosens all the tendons and ligaments in my sore and aching lower legs and feet. This is a treatment not to be missed. Thankyou Lili.

Absolutely amazing sports massage by Chris. After do the ultra challenge Jurassic coast walk my legs and lower back were in a pretty bad way. Feel amazing now. Thanks Chris 😊 highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a feet and lower leg massage with Lili today. It was absolutely soothing and relaxing as have many problems with my feet. My only complaint was that it was too lovely and came to an end !!! Thankyou Lili. I shall certainly be returning for many more treatments.

My friend and I visited the spa. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies. I had a manicure by Jess, what lovely caring lady. Unfortunately I don't know the ladies name who my friend had. I was told though, she was very kind and caring. Next time we visit sandbanks we will definitely go back to the spa. Great service.

I had a treatment facial with Francesca which was the best I have ever had & I have been regularly to Beauticians. The products were lovely, the treatment room preparation superb with the heated couch & pristine white towels. The soft music & dimmed down lighting all added to the beautiful ambience of the treatment. I will definitely have another one on my next visit to The Haven or Sandbanks Hotel
