Wow!! What an absolute gem Danielle is! Tonight was my first visit to Danielle and it didn’t disappoint. My brows and waxing were in dire need of being done and she did an amazing job! My friend and I visited the spa. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies. I had a manicure by Jess, what lovely caring lady. Unfortunately I don't know the ladies name who my friend had. I was told though, she was very kind and caring. Next time we visit sandbanks we will definitely go back to the spa. Great service.

I had a treatment facial with Francesca which was the best I have ever had & I have been regularly to Beauticians. The products were lovely, the treatment room preparation superb with the heated couch & pristine white towels. The soft music & dimmed down lighting all added to the beautiful ambience of the treatment. I will definitely have another one on my next visit to The Haven or Sandbanks Hotel

I had an amazing massage with Achala and have booked another appointment as I was so impressed I had both the aromatherapy full massage and a seaweed facial massage Achala was attentive and friendly, making me feel relaxed and able to really enjoy the whole experience Her technique is just amazing, she really has a fantastic touch and I am still feeling the effects a week later Thank you Achala, I'll see you again soon
