Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Ibitissam is AMAZINGGGGGG love her! Also the owner/boss Wendy is so lovely, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here because of these girls!! 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer! For context, I got half legs, half arms & underarms waxed. Amazing service, always super gentle but also very quick!

I had a fat dissolve treatment and it was a great experience. The clinic was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and cosy. There was soft music and even a small fireplace, which made me feel relaxed. The practitioner was professional and explained everything step by step. The treatment was quick, smooth and painless. I am very happy and I will come back

Really amazing treatment. I had Ibitissam looking after me and she made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time going for a wax so I was super nervous but she really took it at my pace and was patient with me! Definitely a repeat customer now.
