I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

Im very fussy about precision and need to make sure cuticles are well done and that both the gel and varnish are applied all the way to the cuticle and wrapped around the nail.
