Visit Erika’s beauty today and had my lashes done by Luca ! She was absolutely star from start to finish ! I could not recommended salon enough ! I have moved away from Derby year ago and still did not find salon who delivers such a great customer experience! So an hour drive is nothing when you know what to expect ! Thank you ladies ! Zuzana was a very welcoming beautician with a warm and friendly personality. She listened carefully to my concerns about having my eyebrows waxed, especially as I have sensitive skin, and made the whole experience very comfortable. Zuzana used a gentle wax and a technique that made the treatment virtually painless, and she finished with soothing aloe vera as part of the aftercare. She is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to shaping eyebrows, and I’m extremely pleased with the results as well as the overall experience. I would highly recommend her. :)

I’ve followed Lianne to her new premises, wouldn’t have anyone else cut my hair. Friendly and inviting. However yesterday I called in a mess with my health and Lianne went above and beyond squeezing me in within 5 minutes to wash and dry my hair and make me feel 100 times better with no way of doing my hair and my other half working away. Now that’s a service! Lianne is busy for a reason because she’s good. You’d be daft to go anywhere else ❤️

I've been coming to the salon now for 4 years. I no longer live in Derby but travel here especially to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted they are always done to perfection. Always a friendly service and nice and chilled mostly with relaxing music. The salon is also very clean and very rare I have to wait even when it gets a little busy. Reasonable prices too I would highly recommend
