Klara's presence is warm and welcoming, she whispered during the massage (when communicating was necessary) which helped maintain immersion throughout. Cholesterol was brilliant and helped me as much as she could as I'm disabled and the stairs were a challenge. However, Chloe told me that next time I go she would bring the wax downstairs so that will be great. She did a great job on my brows and I will definitely go again.

First appointment with Holly and I will definitely be back. I had a brow lamination with tint and lash lift. Holly was gentle, respectful and listened to what I wanted. Can’t believe my lashes and brows look like this, who knew my eyebrows could look this full!
