First time here today and Darcy is so lovely and easy to talk to! My first full leg wax was nerve wracking but honestly not as bad as I thought, she really made the experience bearable. My only downside is when I had a Hollywood, it went really well in itself but i realised after I left that there were still quite a lot of hairs still there so I’m quite sad about that but otherwise a really good wax experience☺️ Thanks Darcy, great meeting you!

I have been coming to the Cryotherapy Clinic for Gelida EMS treatments for a back injury and to build the strength in my legs. The results have been exceptional and Grace is very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this Clinic enough for their exceptional service and treatments.

Louise went above and beyond today and did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. My feet are horrible with loads of hard skin and I came away with beautifully smooth feet. Louise took extra care not to overwork my feet showing how knowledgeable she is. Well done Louise. 5 stars well deserved.
