I've been coming for almost a year now. It's lovely to establish a relationship with your waxing professional. I love that she uses the same product that was used at my past waxing place. It's just a bonus that she's so friendly and close to my work!

Hunter is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Her attention to detail is incredible, and my lashes are always full, fluffy, and perfectly suited to my face. Not only is she super talented, but she’s also so professional and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who will have your lashes looking flawless every time, Hunter is your girl. My friend and I were pampered by Rikki & Tracy to their new spa feature, the Elemental Sole Pedicure. It was very relaxing in the rocking loungers as our legs and feet were scrubbed and massaged and wrapped in the warm towels. Ahhhhhhh!! 😌

Johanna is very professional and manages to make services like a brazilian wax relaxing with good conversation. It’s over before you know it! Appointment times are very accommodating and she’s even squeezed me in last minute when needed. Looking forward to trying other services with her . Always an amazing experience!

Shayann is awesome!! I highly recommend her, she's the best person in Brantford. I get my Brazilians done with her. She's very awesome at helping you feel comfortable, she gives great aftercare advice. She's very good and through at her work, but also just a lot of fun to talk to and very understanding. Her studio is also super clean and organized, she's put a lot of work into it and it shows.

Rikki is incredible. Everything in Enrapt spa is carefully chosen to elevate your experience, and each time that I have been for a facial I’m reminded that I should do this more often! My skin feels amazing, and the products that Rikki chooses are so lovely, but I think what makes her facials stand out even more is her technique. I especially loved the Guasha massage- the tension in my facial muscles just melted away. 11/10!
