Rikki is incredible. Everything in Enrapt spa is carefully chosen to elevate your experience, and each time that I have been for a facial I’m reminded that I should do this more often! My skin feels amazing, and the products that Rikki chooses are so lovely, but I think what makes her facials stand out even more is her technique. I especially loved the Guasha massage- the tension in my facial muscles just melted away. 11/10!

I love going to Krystal for my nails, she is a hidden gem that I have been so lucky to find. She’s become a friend ever so quickly, she is so fun to be around & our nail sessions are always full of laughs & giggles. She pays attention to detail & truly cares about your nail health & your happiness. She takes pride in her work & is so immensely talented! She is truly the best nail tech in Brantford & I refuse to go to anyone else anymore. She is my nail tech for life!!!! Tracy is an absolute master at her facial craft. She always checks my skin and curates the best products and techniques to leave my skin refreshed, glowing and healthy. A facial with her is true bliss. I highly recommend any of the facials!!! Treat yourself and your skin!

Loving every visit more and more. Krystal transformed my nails from stubby fingers to long lady like ones in 3 visits. This was my fourth and they are already where I want them to be. Her attention to detail as I had mentioned in my first review is fantastic, and her knowledge of proper nail care and health makes me feel safe. I had gone three weeks in between this appointment and the gel never peeled, or chipped, and I’ve never had that with other manicures. Best choice I made choosing Krystal as my new nail tech / esthetician
